Hey everyone, I know I've not mentioned it too much on here but I've got pcos and endometriosis but its the endo that caused most of my issues.

Endometriosis is a condition where tissue similar to the lining of the womb (endometrium) grows outside the uterus, often in the pelvic area but it can spread all over the body even to the head area.
During a menstrual cycle, this tissue thickens and bleeds, but because it can't leave the body, it causes pain, inflammation, and scar tissue. This can lead to severe pain.
• Severe period pain that interferes with daily life
• Heavy periods, bleeding between periods
• " bleeding every day in my case "
• Chronic pelvic pain
• Back and leg pain
• Pain during or after s*x
• Pain with bowel movements or urination
• Fatigue
• Infertility
• I also have endometriosis on my left lung
I've struggled with it since I was 14 years old, I've been on this awful journey for 19 years I'm now 33!
✨ A week ago today Tuesday 4th November 2025 I had a hysterectomy! And this is why I've been so quiet
I got an appointment last minute because they had a cancellation 💛
