How’s your Saturday looking?

From looking for extra income… to creating extra life.
My weekends finally look like mine.

Bilang isang Pinay na sanay sa multiple jobs, hindi ko hinanap yung perfect life. Hinanap ko lang yung konting extra na hindi physical at nakakadrain.

It opened doors I didn’t expect.

And this is now my weekend; CALM, SIMPLE, MINE. May work pa rin minsan, pero may joy, may rest, may life.

For a long time, I thought working nonstop was the only way to success.
I used to believe that sacrificing rest, time, and happiness was normal, that it’s what “being responsible” meant.
But I was wrong.
It took courage to admit that the life I was living wasn’t the one I truly wanted.

When I embraced change and started my online business, that’s when real growth began.
Because growth starts when you stop letting pride or fear hold you back, and start choosing what truly matters.

Yung tipong pagod ka na kahit kakaumpisa pa lang ng linggo.
Yung alarm clock na parang kalaban mo na.
At sa bawat gising mo,
paulit-ulit lang, trabaho, bahay, tulog.

You work hard, give your best,
pero bakit parang walang nagbabago?
Walang oras para sa sarili, sa pamilya,
minsan pati pangarap mo, naiwan na sa likod.

Ganyan din ako dati.
Araw-araw, iniisip ko kung ganito na lang ba habang-buhay.
Hanggang sa napagod ako sa paulit-ulit na cycle, at naghanap ako ng ibang paraan,
isang paraan na magtuturo sa’kin kung paano kumita online
habang unti-unti kong binabalik yung oras at buhay na para sa akin.

Alam mo ba yung feeling na 15 years sa pagtatrabaho abroad, puro sakripisyo, pero wala ka pa ring naipundar? Wala pang savings, wala pang time para sa sarili, at palaging hinihintay ang next paycheck para mabuhay. Ganun yung buhay ko dati.

Ngayon, natutunan kong punuhin ang buhay ng saya, mag-travel, quality time sa pamilya at friends, at gawin yung mga bagay na tunay kong gusto. Hindi lang trabaho ang buhay. Treasure life, kasi bawal sayangin ang oras mo.

tanong ng tanong kung kailan ko mararanasan ang tunay na pahinga.
Hindi ko akalaing sa digital business ko pala makikita ang sagot.
Ngayon, mas payapa, mas malaya, mas buhay.

Kaya kung pagod ka na rin, baka panahon na para gumawa ng bagong simula.
