Four Months of Unjust Suspension – Final Legal Notice (UID: 1250512962, Date: 7/5/2025)

Dear Garena Free Fire Team,
Today marks four months since my Free Fire account (IGN: ᴹᶦˢˢ°᭄ᴍɪᴍᴜ. | UID: 1250512962) was wrongfully suspended on 21 January 2025. Despite multiple appeals, clarifications, and detailed statements, I have received nothing but repetitive copy-paste responses and no actual proof of any violation.
I must repeat — for the record:
I have never used any kind of third-party applications, cheats, or illegal programs.
My diamonds (over 16,000) were topped up legally through Garena Shop MY and UniPin, with payment receipts to prove every purchase.
My account holds 6+ years of progress and 200,000+ BDT in spending, with no past record of abuse.
There was no warning, no proof, and no fair chance to defend myself.
Four months of silence and no transparency is unacceptable for a platform of your scale. I trusted Garena and invested time, money, and emotion into this game. What I received in return is injustice and disrespect.
Let me be absolutely clear:
If this account is not reactivated within 7 working days, I will take the following steps:
1. File an official legal complaint with the Digital Crime Tribunal of Bangladesh and Consumer Rights Protection Authority.
2. Submit formal reports to Google, Apple, UniPin, and digital game regulation bodies worldwide.
3. Seek legal compensation for damages caused by this unjustified suspension.
4. Launch a public awareness campaign through media and social platforms about Garena’s unfair banning system.
You are punishing a genuine, loyal player based on an error or flawed system. I urge you one final time to conduct a transparent manual review of my account and provide real evidence if any exists.
