The Island keeps giving, and I’m thankful for the work coming my way — and for being able to play the music I believe in, with no compromise. That means a lot.

It’s late nights, long hours, and plenty of time spent out in the heat… but this is the life I chose, and it’s where I feel at home.

Thank you to everyone who books me, asks about the music and is genuinely interested in this mixed bag of sounds we label as Balearic.

This weeks music in motion
Monday - Pikes Poolside from midday to 10pm with Mike Salta
Wednesday - Nobu from 9am to 11am and Hostal La Torre San Antonio from 7pm to midnight.
Thursday - Amante from 8pm to midnight
Friday - Pikes 9pm to 3am
Saturday - The Standard, Ibiza 6.30pm to 11.30pm on the roof.

Dave Howell, Music For Beaches, Sydney, Aus - Well, another cracker! It's really hard to pick a favourite but I'm going for the Big Calm on first listen. However, as I usually find, on further listens another track or two will come to the fore. I think that speaks to the quality of the tunes.

Ed Mahon, Cowbell Radio - Lovely EP thanks, some beauties here. Manu's Nightdubbing remix is so so good, great to see Visions of Light continue to flourish with their brilliant sounds and Jilo also a real beauty.

Andy Pye, Balearic Social - Superb as always these Summer Selections (like all on the label) are not to be missed.
