If you want to see Marbella at its most photogenic, this is the exact calendar window you wait for all year. Late May to early June is when the city explodes with color.

The jacaranda trees turn entire streets purple, scattering violet confetti across the sidewalks, while bright pink and red bougainvillea spills over Old Town walls, balconies, and hidden corners all across the city.

Gas & Dust, Andalusia's independent moto festival, is back in Benahavís for its 3rd year, tucked away in a beautiful park setting with burgers, cold beer, and rock and roll.

Even if you aren't a bike enthusiast, the garage exhibitors have some cool merch (I walked away with a hat), and the custom bikes on display are true works of art.

I can’t believe I’ve lived in Marbella this long and only just made it to Tony's Beach this week.

It’s been here since 1995. The dunes, the wooden terrace, the waiters who've worked there since the beginning…it all adds up to something rare.

The place has been renovated, there's a brilliant new chef in the kitchen, but it's still a chiringuito on the sand. The way it should be. The way people come to Spain for.

We ate very well. We'll be back.

We went for a walk along the Golden Mile this week, paseo side, from Puerto Banús to Marbella, to see what Semana Santa feels like this year.

This is the moment the season usually begins here. Everything opens again, the air smells like sea salt and roasting espetos, and for the first time in a while it looked like summer. 🌴☀️

It’s great to see everyone out, the terraces buzzing, and the sands busy again. And, compared to the last few years, the weather is a total dream.

The Champions Burger Marbella 2026 is now open in San Pedro, and it’s already drawing crowds.

We went last night for the opening, and the whole setup was packed. The space is large, with 14 of Spain’s top burger spots all competing in one place.

It’s the kind of place where you don’t go alone, you go with friends and try as much as you can.

Marbella Design returns with a more refined format this year.

Fewer exhibitors, but a clearer layout and more breathing room between stands, making the whole experience easier to navigate and more focused. The mix leans across contemporary art, collectible design, and high-end objects, with a noticeable effort to present each piece with more intention.
