Tension and drama erupt inside Sokoto Prison after the arrival of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Moments after reports confirmed that he had been transferred to the facility, a section of the prison reportedly went up in flames as inmates—both Fulani and Hausa—broke into loud cheers in his honor.

According to eyewitness accounts inside the facility, several Fulani inmates were seen bowing respectfully before Kanu, while others chanted that he had been unjustly persecuted.

One inmate captured the mood clearly, saying:
“I love this Igbo man. He speaks the truth, and we all know he is innocent.”

Another inmate added:
“If Nigeria had ten men like Nnamdi Kanu, this country would not be in the darkness we see today.”

The Tinubu Regime Has Secretly Transferred Nnamdi Kanu to Sokoto Prison

Yes, they have already planned it. Their intention since yesterday was to move Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to a notorious prison based in the northern parts, where his safety cannot be guaranteed. I can confirm now that he's already in Sokoto prison.

They openly said he would “become a king” if taken to Kuje correctional center in Abuja, because according to them, “Igbo people” and his supporters would turn Kuje into a place of pilgrimage.

That is why they are desperate to keep him far away, isolated, and vulnerable.

It is also why they activated their cronies to start selling the illusion of “renewed hope” for MNK, a psychological tactic to keep the public calm while they execute their darkest agenda. Their plan is simple it is to keep your hopes alive just long enough for him to die in custody.

They have no intention of releasing him, not even for political calculations or electoral convenience.

This morning, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was transferred from the DSS hospital facility to the DSS Headquarters in Abuja. Following his relocation, our legal team visited the hospital facility this afternoon, where they learned that he had been moved. The legal team then proceeded to the DSS Headquarters, where they experienced several delays before being granted access. We are currently awaiting the outcome of the visitation and kindly request that you remain patient as we await the latest updates.
