It speaks to 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗰𝘁𝘀 ~ 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁, 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱, proof of belonging, illusion of control.
Go pick the berries instead of killing the animal.

Finding and killing the animal is way more work - but with berries even though they are easy to find and abundant will not sustain the body. We still 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 the protein to be 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 and 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘷𝘦.

The same thing right now in today's world .....

If you want real results (the meat), show up consistently, do the work then you will have your healthy business.

Way to do this .... Be seen 👀 Build trust. Read your Data - repeat what works - leave what doesn't - then do the stuff that works all all over again .....

I Tested A Viral “Guru” Post this week .....

What Happened Next Proves Everything Wrong With Shortcut Marketing.....

A post came through my feed. I don’t scroll often, usually it’s just Isles of Scilly memoirs, but this one stopped me cold. ☠

It was from one of those multimillionaire online gurus and it said:
“H𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 $𝟭𝗞–$𝟰𝗞 𝗮 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮–3 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 (𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀).”

You can see why it caught my attention.🙄

If you run a business, that headline hits the brain like a spark ⚡ It’s clean, confident, and plays every human lever we’ve got.

So I tested it. I took the text and boosted it as a test post on my own page to see how people would react.

In less than 24 hours it had already stopped over 500 people mid-scroll.

I wanted to share the reason why it's happening though and what to watch out for.

That headline taps into a deep survival instinct.

The promise of less effort and more reward.

Our brains still crave shortcuts.

They always have.
