In the third volume of Recipes & Wanderings, a collaboration between Apartamento and Belmond (), we trace the dreamscape of its coastline, capturing technicolour portraits and culinary insights highlighting the region’s star staples—ancient olive groves, artisanal pasta, and handcrafted mozzarella, balanced by the tang of lemon and the richness of the sea.
