SOME TIPS FOR USING SOCIAL MEDIA.
*Bemindful:- consider the impact of your posts on others and be prepared for them to be public.
*Be respectful:-Avoid negative comments offensive jokes and gossip.
*Be selective:-Follow people and things you enjoy and unfollow accounts that negatively effect you.
*Take breaks :-Set limits on how much time you spend on social media and use the tools in apps to measure your usage.
*Be intentional:-Consider why you're using social media and what you want to get out if it *Protect your privacy :-use high privacy personal information.
*Be aware of comparisons:-Remember that people often posts about the best parts of their lives so don't compare your life to what you see online.
*Be proactive :-Be an active bystander and consider how you positively impact others.

A professor gave a balloon to every student, who had to inflate it, write their name on it and throw it in the hallway. The professor then mixed all the balloons. The students were then given 5 minutes to find thier own ballon. Despite a hectic search, no one found their balloon.
At that point, the professor told the students to take the first ballon that they found and hand it to the person whose name was written on it. Within 5 minutes, everyone had their own ballon.

The professor said to the students: " These balloons are like happiness. We will never find it if everyone is looking for thier own. But if we care about other people's happiness, we'll find ours too."
