Geological and Geotechnical Investigation Works of Gode Fertilizer Production Complex is Completed by Ethiopian Engineering Corporation (EEC).

28+ Professionals and 5 Core Drilling Rigs Machines was on Day and Night Works Since July and Core Drilling Works finished this week.

Yesterday, Ethiopian Investment Holdings (EIH) and Dangote Group Signed Landmark Shareholders' Agreement for $2.5 billion, 3 million Metric tones urea Fertilizer Production Complex in Gode, Ethiopia.

This Project Will Transform Ethiopia Agricultural Sector and Enhancing Food Security Across the Region. And also Expected to Significantly Reduce Ethiopia's Dependency On Fertilizer Imports.

EEC generated 8.9 Billion ETB in revenue, marking a 81% year-on-year growth and 117% from its Annual plan.

Day two of the ongoing annual performance dialogue featured a comprehensive review of the Ethiopian Engineering Corporation (EEC).

In the 2017 EFY, EEC delivered strong results, successfully executing 111 design projects, 272 supervision & Contract administration projects, and 53 construction projects, achieving 94.8% physical performance and 117% financial performance.

During this period, the corporation generated 8.9 Billion ETB in revenue, marking a 81% year-on-year growth and 117% from its Annual plan. By diversifying its business to African market EEC has generated 1.1 Million USD from Nigeria & Tanzania projects in 2017 EFY budget year.

These achievements highlight EEC’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and leadership, solidifying its role as a key driver of Ethiopia’s infrastructure and economic development.

Looking ahead, Ethiopian Investment Holdings urged EEC to prioritize long-term investments, diversify financing sources, and expand its presence in foreign markets to broaden its customer base and ensure sustainable growth.
