Duties and responsibilities:
Team Oversight: Lead and guide administrative staff, ensuring collaborative efficiency, task delegation, and constructive feedback.
Budget Administration: Oversee budgetary considerations, including but not limited to, office supplies, equipment, and remunerations.
Facility Management: Ensure a pristine, systematic office environment, coordinating upkeep services, supply requisitions, and equipment handling.
Policy Ex*****on: Advocate and ensure adherence to company protocols, initiating policy modifications when necessary.
Project Oversight: Helm significant projects, including office relocations, renovations, or technical integrations.
Communication: Facilitate internal and external communications, managing emails, crafting correspondences, and overseeing social media engagements.
Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee conformity to pertinent regulations, encompassing health, safety, and data protection mandates.
Qualification and Requirement
Education: A bachelor's degree or master's degree in a related field to business administration.
Experience: 0 to 5 Years
Computer skills: Proficiency in commonly used office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email clients, and calendar management tools are required. Familiarity with other specialized software or tools may also be beneficial.
Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for an administrative assistant, as you will be responsible for communicating with team members, clients, and other stakeholders on behalf of the organization.
Organization and multitasking: Excellent organizational skills are necessary for managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings, as well as handling multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Attention to detail: Accuracy and attention to detail are critical for tasks such as data entry, recordkeeping, and preparing documents to ensure that information is entered and presented correctly.
Professionalism: You represent the organization to clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, so professionalism, tact, and discretion are important qualities to possess.
Problem-solving skills: The ability to identify and solve problems, make decisions independently, and handle unexpected situations with composure and resourcefulness is valuable inthis role.
Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal skills are important for building and maintaining relationships with team members and stakeholders, as well as providing excellent customer service.
