My journey is rooted in more than participation; it is about shaping outcomes. From building technical expertise to contributing to high-impact initiatives, I am intentional about where I stand—at the intersection of infrastructure, innovation, and leadership.
Through my work and the leadership of initiatives like Afri-Rail Excellence Awards, I am committed to advancing excellence, elevating African talent, and fostering collaboration across the railway ecosystem. Because real progress happens when vision meets execution—and when people come together to build something greater than themselves.
As a young woman in this space, I embrace both the responsibility and the opportunity to lead, to challenge norms, and to open pathways for the next generation of professionals shaping Africa’s future.
