አዲስ አበባ፣ ሐምሌ 3፣ 2017 (ኤፍ ኤም ሲ) በማዕከላዊ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል በ2017 በጀት አመት የህዝብ ተጠቃሚነትን ለማረጋገጥ የተተገበሩ ስራዎች በትክክለኛ አቅጣጫ ላይ መሆናችንን ያመላክታል አሉ የክልሉ ርዕሰ መስተዳድር እንዳሻዉ ጣሰዉ (ዶ/ር)፡፡

የክልሉ መስተዳድር ምክር ቤት 29ኛ መደበኛ ስብሰባ እየተካሔደ ነው።

በበጀት አመቱ ለእቅድ ዝግጅት የተሰጠው ትኩረት ለተመዘገበው ውጤት ከፍተኛ አስተዋጽኦ ማበርከቱን ገልጸው፥ በእቅዱ የሚያድጉ አስተሳሰቦችን ለማስተናገድ ጥረት ተደርጓል ብለዋል።

በክልሉ በየደረጃው ካሉ መዋቅሮችና ከፌደራል መንግስት ተቋማት እንዲሁም ከሌሎች ክልሎችና የከተማ አስተዳደሮች ጋር የነበረው መስተጋብር ውጤታማ እንደነበር ገልጸዋል፡፡

የአርሶ አደሩን ህይወት ለመቀየርና ምርታማነትን ለማሳደግ እንዲሁም በገጠርም ሆነ በከተሞች የወጣቱን ተጠቃሚነት ለማረጋገጥ የተጀመሩ የስራ እድል ፈጠራ ስራዎች ውጤታማ መሆናቸውንና ምርታማነት እያደገ መምጣቱን አንስተዋል፡፡

በክልሉ በተያዘው በጀት ዓመት ለ350 ሺህ ዜጎች የስራ እድል ለመፍጠር ታቅዶ በተከናወኑ ተግባራት ለ371 ሺህ ዜጎች የስራ እድሎችን በመፍጠር ከእቅድ በላይ መሳካቱን ጠቅሰዋል፡፡

በሚቀጥሉት ሶስት ዓመታት ለ1 ነጥብ 2 ሚሊየን ዜጎች የስራ እድል ለመፍጠር መታቀዱንና በዚህም ክልሉ እንደ ሀገር ከተቃደው የ14 በመቶ ድርሻ እንደሚወጣም ጠቁመዋል።

ከተሞችን ለማዘመንና የአገልግሎት አሰጣጥን ለማሻሻል የተጀመሩ ስራዎች ተስፋ ሰጪ መሆኑን ገልጸው፥ የከተማና የገጠር መንገድ፣ የንጹህ መጠጥ ውሃ፣ የታዳሽ ኃይል እንዲሁም የመስኖ አውታሮችን ለማሳደግ የተጀመሩ ስራዎች ላይ መሻሻል ታይቷል ብለዋል፡፡

የምርት አቅርቦትን በማሻሻል የህብረተሰቡን ኑሮ ማረጋጋት፣ የህግ የማስከበር ተግባራት ላይ የተጀመሩ ስራዎች ስኬታማ እንደነበሩ የገለጹ ሲሆን፥ የመልካም አስተዳደርና ብልሹ አሰራርን ለመከላከል በእቅድ ተካቶ እየተሰራ መሆኑን ጠቁመዋል።

በክልሉ ታዳጊና ወጣቶችን በትምህርት ተጠቃሚ እንዲሆኑ ጥረት መደረጉን ጠቅሰው፥ በተለይ ከቅድመ መደበኛ እስከ 2ኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤቶች እንዲሁም በቴክኒክና ሙያ ተቋማት ላይ ክህሎት እንዲያገኙ መደረጉን ተናግረዋል።
