Fighting erupted early this morning at around 8:30am when the SSPDF launched an attack against the SPLA-IO base of brigade 4 division 2B in morobo county . However, the SPLA-IO force successful repulsed the attackers with heavy losses on their sides as
15 enemy bodies found on the ground, 3 pkm, 1 RPG and 15 Ak 47 captured in a good condition. Several of their wounded soldiers were left behind as they fled in disarray.

This attack came as South Sudanese and the world at large is following the illegal, unconstitutional and politically motivated trial of the FVP and 7 other SPLM/A-IO officials in Juba by the SPLM-IG.

The SPLA-IO command congratulates its forces for this successful operation against the SSPDF attack.

The certified fake Lawyer Hon. Joseph Geng Akec, the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, will soon be sanctioned by the US Treasury and EU for jeopardizing the peace process through his Jo-gea kangaroo court proceedings against Dr. Riek Machar.

President Salva is also in waiting to sack him for stupidly embarrassing the government.

Detained Bodyguards of H.E Riek Machar Tieny Have been Released

A senior member of SPLM-IO leadership has This Afternoon confirmed that all the detained bodyguards of First Vice President Dr. Riek Machar have been released

Most of the Bodyguards were Arrested alongside H.E Dr.Riek Machar in March , Today more than 20 detainees have been released from BLUE HOUSE (NSS) Headquarters

Dr.Riek and 7 other accused SPLM/IO MEMBERs are set to continue with their court hearings tomorrow at FREEDOM HALL

Tune in tomorrow 9:00 am as the public is now allowed to attend together with All Media Houses in South Sudan 🇸🇸

No official statement has yet been issued by the NSS authorities

BREAKING NEWS: Machar’s one of lead advocates Kur Lual face death threats from NSS

This morning, 23rd of September, just after the adjournment of court hearing, adv. Kur Lual Kur was called into a fortified military meeting by director of NSS who briefly informed him that “you’re standing with Riek Machar, If you do not relent in defeating, your life and your properties will be in danger”.

Adv. Kur asked him if that was all and left without saying anything else.

No official communication received yet from Machar’s team of lawyers!

BREAKING NEWS: Over half a million dollars paid by the government to PLO to help prepare government lawyers for Monday’s hearing

In a surprise event, Nuer Daily Press is informed this morning that PLO LUMUMBA has refused to meet Machar’s team of lawyers lead by Adv. Kur Kur after being approached by the government of South Sudan to help them prepare the case for FVP Machar and his Lieutenants.

The renowned Kenyan Lawyers has arrived in the country yesterday as a lead advocate for Machar reportedly representing the East African team of lawyers for the First Vice President. However, in a surprise Uturn, Lumumba has refused to meet Machar’s Lawyers in Juba for preparation. A deal worth 500,000$ was reached last night through PhD candidate HocThon Laat Maker Riak.

PLO is reported to not appear in court with the government lawyers but to work in the close door.

SPLM/A IO acting chairman and commander in Chief Oyet Nathaniel Pierino has appointed the governor and deputy governor of Upper Nile State together with several others;

1- Brig. Gen. Kech Nguoth: Governor of UNS
2- Brg. Gen. Peter Bol Gach Teny: Deputy Governor
3- Hon. Dak Tut Dey: executive director of relief and rehabilitation commission in Upper Nile state
4- Hon. Wochan Koang: commissioner of Lungochuk county

The SPLM IO relieved the following persons

1- Brig. Gen. Kech Nguoth as chairperson of relief and rehabilitation commission
2- Hon. Dak Tut Dei as commissioner of Lungochuk county
