The making of Dorze Tribal Food from false banana tree.

Here is how the people of Dorze make their bread "Kocho". It was scrapped using a bamboo knife resulting in a green pulp. It was then burried for 3 months ubderground. After fermentation for 3 months, the pulp was taken from the ground hole, chopped and shaped to a pancake like form. It was then baked on fire and enjoyed with chilli and spinach.
