Influencer Naomi Kuria has revealed that using bhang cost her a Ksh 600,000 influencing deal . Speaking during an interview with Oga Obinna, she said quitting bhang was very difficult and that it made her extremely lazy and unmotivated.
Naomi explained that the brand asked her to redo a promotional video, but she failed to deliver because she was too lazy and spent most of her time relaxing on the sofa. The brand later terminated the contract.
She also shared that bhang affected her memory and speech, saying she would forget English words and struggle to express herself clearly.

Dear Children,
I know I didn’t prepare you adequately
Concerning my departure
But I also didn’t know I was on a journey of no return
However, this is inevitable; the way for all of us
I’m gone but my spirit shall live for long.

I have seen you wail publicly
Just know that grief is the price we pay for love
Some are grieving because they loved me so much
Some because I was famous
But my death hurts those who are what they are today because I held their hands the most
They feel like they’re falling from a rooftop
Those who thought my existence would make them rise are the most bereaved
They are ready to attack and accuse everyone of anything.

But listen, my children
You’re not orphans for I left you in the hands of your uncle
To live peacefully with my younger brother,
