በ2030 ሙሉ ለሙሉ ሊሰረዙ የሚችሉ 21 የስራ አይነቶችን ይፋ ተደርገዋል።

በዚህም ወደ 92 ሚሊዮን የሚጠጉ ሰራተኞች በ 2030 ሙሉ በሙሉ ስራቸውን ሊያጡ እንደሚችሉ የዓለም ኢኮኖሚክ ፎረም በ 2025 የወደፊት የስራ ሪፖርት ላይ ትንበያ አስቀምጧል።

ለእነዚህ የስራ መደቦች መጥፋት እንደ ዋነኛ ምክንያት የተጠቀሰው የእነዚህ የስራ መደብ ሰራተኞች በ Artificial intelligence system እና በ robot ሊተኩ ይችላሉ በሚል ነው።

Project of the Cultural Center Hall of the Me’ee Bokkoo:

The government of Oromia Region is working with high focus to promote Oromo culture, history, tradition, and identity, said Mrs. Jamila Simbiru, the Head of the Oromia Culture and Tourism Bureau.

In this regard, they stated that major activities are being carried out by constructing Cultural Centers and developing ritual sites so that they can become a foundation for future generations.

Accordingly, the Oromia Culture and Tourism Bureau has signed an agreement with Wolabu Construction Company to build the Cultural Center Hall at the Me’ee Bokkuu ritual ground in Guji Zone.

Mrs. Jamila Simbiru, Head of the Oromia Culture and Tourism Bureau, said that the agreement signed today responds to a long-standing request of the community of Guji Zone.

Since this place holds great historical significance, the government has decided to give it attention and build this Cultural Center, she added.

The project, which costs one billion birr, is expected to be completed within one and a half years.

She also stated that the construction of the Cultural Center will be carried out after being specially studied by scholars and Gadaa traditional leaders, and will be completed with high quality and speed.

On his part, Eng. Tadessa Dirriba, the Head of Wolabu Construction, explained that their company has been working—and continues to work—to express and promote Oromo culture, tradition, and identity.

They said that the Me’ee Bokkuu construction project will begin soon, and they are prepared to accomplish the entrusted work with the highest quality within the set timeframe.

Information obtained from the Oromia Communication Bureau indicates that the new center will contain various service sections and will fulfill all necessary infrastructure requirements.

‎ይህ በሽታ በቫይረስ የሚከሰት ከባድ የበሽታ ቡድን ነው ። በሽታው በመሰረቱ የደም መፍሰስን ወይም የደም መርጋትን በሰውነት ውስጥ የሚያመጣ ነው ። በርካታ የሰውነት አካላትን በማጥቃት እና በሰውነት ውስጥ ያሉ የደም ሥሮችን የሚጎዳ ፣ በተለያዩ ቫይረሶች የሚመጣ በሽታ ነው።

#‎የበሺታው_መንስኤ እና የቫይረስ ዓይነት

‎በሽታው እንዴት ይተላለፋል?

‎1· ከተያዙ እንስሳት ጋር በመነካካት፡ በእንስሳት (ለምሳሌ አይጥ) ፣ ሽንት፣ ምራቅ ፣ ወይም ሌሎች ከሰውነት የሚለቀቁ ፈሳሾች በሚነካኩበት ጊዜ።
‎2· በነፍሳት ንክሻ፡
‎3· ከሰው ወደ ሰው፡ ከተያዘ ሰው የሚገኘው ደም፣ ምራቅ፣ የሰውነት ፈሳሾች ወይም ሌሎች ክምችቶች በቀጥታ በሚነካኩበት ጊዜ። ይህ ለበሽታው ከባዱ እና ዋነኛው ዓይነት የመተላለፊያ መንገድ ነው።

‎
‎ምልክቶቹ በድንገት ሊታዩ እና በፍጥነት ሊባባሱ ይችላሉ። አንድ ሰው በቫይረሱ በተጠቃ ከ 2-21 ቀናት ውስጥ ምልክቶቹ መታየት ይጀምራሉ

‎እንዴት መከላከል ይቻላል ?

‎በሽታው በትንኝ ንክሻ አማካኝነት የሚተላለፍ በመሆኑ ነፍሶን ከሞት መታደግ ስለሆነ በአግባቡ ይጠቀሙት ። ከታማሚ ሰው ጋር ያልዎትን ንክክ መከላከል እና
‎አፋጣኝ አስፈላጊ የህክምና እርዳታ ማግኘት አስፈላጉ ሆኖ ፣በሺታውን ሙሉበሙሉ ማዳን የሚችል ህክምና የለም ፣
‎መከላከል ብቸኛው ቁልፍ መንገድ ነው !

‎1. እጆችዎን በንፅህና ይታጠቡ፡ በሳሙና እና በንጹህ ውሃ ዘወትር ማጠብ አስፈላጊ ነው።
‎2. ከሌሎች ሰዎች (ክምችቶች) ራስዎን ይጠብቁ፡ ከሰዎች ደም፣ ምራቅ ወይም ሌሎች ከሰውነት የሚለቀቁ ፈሳሾች ንክኪዎች ራስዎን ይጠብቁ። ይህ ለቤተሰብ አባላት እና በተለይም ለህክምና ባለሙያዎች እጂግ አስፈላጊ ነው።

‎3. ከእንስሳት ይራቁ፣ አይጦችን እና ሌሎች እንስሳት ከቤትዎ አርቀው ያቆዩ። የሚታወቁ የእንስሳት ክምችቶች ባሉበት ስፍራ ጥንቃቄ አይለይዎት

Everyone has a lawful right to speak through the media. Using that right, we have been publicly highlighting the persistent problems affecting the people of , and informing the government, the public, and relevant authorities.

But unlawful actors involved in theft and corruption — who do not want their opportunities for stealing curtailed — are now intimidating and threatening those who follow and support our media channels. These actions are legally accountable.

Officials have neglected their duty to listen to citizens and solve their problems; instead they prioritize their own interests over public complaints. For example, the road shown below (in Guji Zone — Annaa_Sorraa, connecting and ) remains unrepaired. When people demand fixes, they are treated as troublemakers and dispersed, even though conditions are peaceful and the request is legitimate.

Two forces are damaging Guji today: sycophants who praise the powerful, and those who seek praise. Together they have formed a theft network inside the zone, looting public and government resources for private gain and depriving our communities of development. The current situation in Guji confirms this. Please share widely.

በሐዋሳ (ኢንደስትሪያል ፓርክ) ልዩ የኢኮኖሚ ዞን ውስጥ በሚገኘው ቶዮ ሶላር ካምፓኒይ ውስጥ የሚሰሩ ሰራተኞች በቻይና አለቆቻቸው ድብደባና ጥቃት እየደረሰባቸው እንደሆነ እና ስለጉዳዩ ደጋግመን ብናመልከትም የሚሰማን አጥተናል ሲሉ የፋብሪካው ሰራተኞች ነግረውኛል።

ይህ የምታዩት ወጣትም በአንድ ቻይናዊ ራሱን እስኪስት ድረስ ድብደባ ተፈፅሞበት ነው። ተደብዳቢው የፋብሪካው ሰራተኛ የህክምና እርዳታ ለማግኘት ወደ ሆስፒታል ተወስዷል።

"ሰራተኞቹ እንደሚሉት ስህተት መስሎ ከታያቸው ሃላፊዎቹ ወደ ድብደባ ነው የሚገቡት ብለዋል፣ስድቡ ለጉድ ነው። ከዛ ከድብደባ በኋላ ለሰው ሀይል ልከው ቢፈልጉ ከስራ ያስባርራሉ ወይም ገንዘብ ያስከፍላሉ ሲሉ ገልፀውልኛል።
ማናጅመንት ላይ ያሉ ሰዎች ሥራ አይገቡም።

አንድ ትልቅ international የሆነ ድርጅት ያለሰው ሀብት እና ያለ አስተዳደር ሥራ ሊሰራ ይችላል? ሰው ሀብት ላይ ያሉ ሰዎች የራሳቸውን ፍላጎት ብቻ ነዉ የምያስጠብቁት፣ ምሽት 2:00 ገብተን ጠዋት 2:00 ነዉ የምንወጣው።
