We are looking for:
โข Couples where both partners are BSN-qualified nurses
โข Single parents who are BSN-qualified nurses
What does the program include?
โ
Full-time apprenticeship employment combining work and studies, leading to a Finnish practical nurse (lรคhihoitaja) qualification
โ
Salary according to the applicable collective agreement, starting from approximately โฌ2,200+ per month, with additional compensation for special working hours and overtime
โ
Free, mandatory Finnish-language training up to A2.2 before deployment
โ
Visa sponsorship for the whole family as well as paperwork support
โ
Support with settling into Finland, including airport pickup, finding accommodation, and assistance with daycare and school arrangements

Shortlisted families will first complete approximately 3 weeks of self-study, followed by structured Finnish-language training lasting around 6โ7 months.
To succeed in the program, applicants should be prepared to:
โข Dedicate at least 2 hours per day to Finnish-language studies
โข Have a stable internet connection and a laptop for online learning
โข Commit consistently to the language-training program
