Invading another country what ever is the cause needs total transparency from attacker to get legitimate right to do so. Defending from narcotic warfare by Venezuela doesn´t need removal of `corrupt` leadership by governent that has, is and will continue killing people internationally.

When goal is to stabilize developing countries United States of America has never been been succesfull in it because disruption has always been better on the way to global dominance.
