"ترکِ لذت میں جو لذت ہے، وہ حاصلِ لذت میں نہیں..."
ہم سب زندگی بھر کسی نہ کسی چیز کے پیچھے بھاگتے رہتے ہیں۔ کبھی کوئی انسان، کبھی کوئی خواہش، کبھی کوئی مادی آسائش۔ ہمیں لگتا ہے کہ جس دن وہ چیز مل گئی، بس زندگی مکمل ہو جائے گی، ہمیں سکون مل جائے گا۔
مگر سچ تو یہ ہے کہ حاصل کر لینے کی خوشی بس چند لمحوں کی ہوتی ہے۔ اصل سکون، اصل بادشاہت اور اصل لذت تو تب ملتی ہے جب آپ اپنے نفس کو جیت لیتے ہیں۔ جب آپ کسی ایسی چیز کو، جو آپ کو بے چین کر رہی ہو، صرف اللہ کی رضا یا اپنے دل کے اطمینان کے لیے خود اپنے ہاتھوں سے چھوڑ دیتے ہیں۔
خواہشات کے پیچھے بھاگنے والا ہمیشہ تھکا ہوا اور خوفزدہ رہتا ہے کہ کہیں کچھ چھن نہ جائے۔ لیکن جو ترک کرنا سیکھ لیتا ہے، وہ ہر خوف سے آزاد ہو جاتا ہے۔
اپنی خواہشات کے غلام مت بنیں، بلکہ ان کے فاتح بنیں۔ کیونکہ جو مزہ اپنی انا اور خواہش کو قربان کر کے ملنے والے روحانی سکون میں ہے، وہ دنیا کی کسی نعمت کو حاصل کرنے میں نہیں ہے۔ ❤️
