**Job Description:**
As a Script Writer, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and writing scripts for various media format videos. You will work on a wide array of topics, ensuring that each script is engaging, informative, and tailored to the target audience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Research and develop story ideas on a variety of topics, including but not limited to social issues and entertainment.
- Write clear, concise, and compelling scripts for different media formats.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to align scripts with project goals and vision.
- Adapt writing style to suit different tones, audiences, and platforms.
- Revise and edit scripts based on feedback.
- Stay updated on current events, trends, and issues to ensure content is relevant and timely.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Script Writer, Content Writer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of writing samples across different topics and formats.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to write about complex issues in an accessible and engaging way.
- Exceptional storytelling and narrative development skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for exploring and addressing a wide range of issues through creative writing.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Background in journalism, film, media studies, or a related field.
- Familiarity with video production processes.
