Only for you, brethren of doctrine and wisdom, we have written this work. Scrutinize the book, focus on the intention that we have spread and located in different places, what we have hidden in one place, we have manifested in another, so that your wisdom can understand them.

Dear, Theresa:

"You come burning the breeze
Vienes quemando la brisa

With spring suns
Con soles de primavera

To plant the flag
Para plantar la bandera

With the light of your smile
Con la luz de tu sonrisa"

Urgent Action: Free Our Prisoners

"We call on our allies, partners, friends and comrades to join us in an urgent campaign to free all Palestinian prisoners in order to protect them from COVID-19, particularly in light of the increased restrictions on their rights by the Israeli Prison Services.

Take a short of video of yourself, less than one minute, express one or more of the listed demands for the campaign, and post it on your social media accounts. Use the hashtag and tag Addameer Prisoner Support & Human Rights Association in your post on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

-Write and/or call the offices of the ICRC and ask them to fulfill their obligation in making sure Palestinian prisoners are protected, and to pressure allow Palestinian prisoners phone/video calls with their families.

Urgent Action: Free Our Prisoners

Call to Action: http://addameer.org/news/urgent-action-free-our-prisoners

Palestinian prisoners in the Israeli occupation’s Ofer prison have announced an escalation of protests and the closing of their sections after a Palestinian detainee held there was diagnosed with coronavirus upon his release.

Nour al-Din Sarsour, 19, who was released from Ofer on 31 March 220, tested positive for COVID-19 after going to the hospital following his liberation. He was arrested on 18 March and was held at the Benjamin interrogation center before being transferred to Ofer.

We reiterate our demand for the release of all Palestinian political prisoners, jailed for their resistance to occupation and apartheid. The coronavirus pandemic only further underlines the present urgency of this demand.

No, life during the coronavirus isn’t like Gaza

"I am self-quarantining, and am out of my staples: brown rice, lentils, and chickpeas, essential to my vegan diet. Nevertheless, while I understand the impulse to remind the world that Gaza has been under lock-down for thirteen years, I have found the meme (I Am Palestinian I Am The Antidote: the meme is not that important to the analysis although it is the trigger ) comparing my current circumstances with the 13-year siege on Gaza unnerving, and am compelled to point out some significant differences...."

More than ever all the way. Thank you for sharing.

Nada Elia says it is offensive to compare our circumstances with the coronavirus in the United States to those of the besieged Palestinians in Gaza.
