Aubēn Angoulême based music producer, dj & live act 🌐 Aubēn has always felt a deep connection to music, electronic or not.

After more than a decade of flirting with his passion, it was during his time living in Uruguay in 2019 that he decided to fully commit to it. Based in Angoulême, he wears many hats: producer, DJ, manager, and co-founder of the independent label Calzone Records. While firmly rooted in electronic music, his sound carries an organic and authentic touch, infused with a nostalgic yet optimistic and co

lourful spirit. Whether performing solo or with La Ferveur collective, he delivers contagious energy through progressive sets at the crossroads of house, electro, techno, and trance. He has already shared the stage with Kerri Chandler, Étienne de Crécy, Bob Sinclar, Vladimir Cauchemar, Camion Bazar, and Mezerg.

2025 marks a turning point: Aubēn joins the BAM program by La NEF to develop his Live project, set to premiere at the end of the year.

Who is Backhus?

Backhus, inspired by the Roman version of Dionysus, is a French DJ/Producer who was born at a very young age. From his native Angoulême, he is currently based in Montevideo, Uruguay, a country with which he has a very special bond.

Backhus has always had a strong relationship with music, learning guitar and piano by himself, he is always in for an old school jam or freestyle session.

From Disco to Psytrance, Backhus has a strong musical diversity that is reflected in his productions as well as in his track selection, meticulously chosen to provide astonishing experiences.
