Going against the 150 BPM race.
Years ago, Front De Cadeaux started pitching records down to counter the hyper-fast, aggressive circuit party sound.
Today, while dance music keeps accelerating past 150 BPM, I’m taking the exact same stance in a different context.
Spinning a 45 RPM track at 33 isn’t just an experiment. It’s a deliberate choice to let the groove breathe and give weight back to the floor.
Track: – Lapan To (Beatless Acid Version), pitched down to 96 BPM (KEY 3A)
Original tempo or slowed down to 33 RPM? Let me know below.
