Do you know why we let yeast-dough rise??

I just learnt today that
If you don't let it rise, it will rise in your tummy i.e bloated

So guys don't skip the raising the dough step

I prefer raising my dough 2 times ,1st after mixing all the ingridients and 2nd after moulding
