1. Classic Coffee
Ingredients:
• 1 cup brewed coffee
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1–2 tsp sugar (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Brew fresh coffee using ground coffee and hot water.
2. Heat the milk in a saucepan or microwave.
3. Pour brewed coffee into a cup.
4. Add hot milk and sugar.
5. Stir well and serve hot.
2. Iced Coffee
Ingredients:
• 1 cup brewed coffee (cooled)
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1–2 tsp sugar
• Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Brew coffee and let it cool.
2. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
3. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
4. Pour the coffee over the ice.
5. Add milk and stir gently.
6. Serve chilled.
3. Espresso
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/4 cup finely ground coffee
Instructions:
1. Add water to the bottom chamber of an espresso maker.
2. Place coffee in the filter basket.
3. Assemble and heat on medium flame.
4. Once brewed, pour into a small cup.
5. Serve immediately.
4. Cappuccino
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/3 cup brewed espresso
• Sugar (optional)
• Cocoa powder (optional)
Instructions:
1. Brew fresh espresso.
2. Heat and froth the milk until foamy.
3. Pour espresso into a cup.
4. Add hot milk and top with milk foam.
5. Sprinkle cocoa powder if desired.
6. Serve hot.
5. Iced Latte
Ingredients:
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup brewed espresso (cooled)
• 1 cup ice
Instructions:
1. Brew espresso and let it cool.
2. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
3. Pour the cold espresso over the ice.
4. Add cold milk and stir.
5. Serve immediately.
6. Mocha Coffee
Ingredients:
• 1 cup brewed coffee
• 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
• 1/2 cup milk
• Whipped cream
Instructions:
1. Brew hot coffee.
2. Add chocolate syrup and mix well.
3. Heat milk and pour into the coffee.
4. Stir gently.
5. Top with whipped cream and serve.
