This set is also a tribute to Kaï, a captive dolphin in Japan.
Through Project Anima, together with my friend Leina Sato we are working to offer him a dignified and peaceful end of life in the sea, by creating an authentic dolphin sanctuary on Kakeroma Island.
Kaï somehow helped me get out of a challenging phase of my life,
where I was mentally stuck in my own mental cage.
Fluctuations Festival is a nomadic gathering taking place along the rivers of Europe, a celebration of water, movement, and transformation. It embraces and encourages positive change, for a positive impact.
Musically, this set mirrors the waves I surfed this summer, sometimes soft and fluid, sometimes wild and unpredictable, moving through emotions, states, and inner tides.
One of the most touching moments for me was having my mum in the crowd for the first time. Seeing her dance for two hours straight filled my heart and reminded me why I play: to create joy & connection 💜
In a way, this set is a celebration, of the pause I’ve been called to take, to recharge, of the movement I’ve embraced to heal, and of the music that kept me inspired far from the festival rush.
It’s also a reflection of where my taste and sound are evolving, bridging minimal house, techno, and house influences, guided by emotion, intention, and the energy of the present moment.
I hope this mix takes you on a journey through your own waves, reminding you to move, breathe, feel, and flow.
