JUBA โ€“ Senior Presidential Envoy on Special Programs Hon. Adut Kiir on Tuesday assessed South Sudanโ€™s readiness against Ebola during a visit to the National Public Health Institute alongside Health Minister Luke Thompson.

Officials praised her support through the ASK Foundation and highlighted challenges in preparedness. To boost response efforts, Adut donated 10 vehicles to improve logistics and the transportation of medical supplies. She later toured the Infectious Diseases Unit in Jebel and called for increased public awareness, stronger institutions, and long-term investment in public health systems.
