My kind of 🤌! Aight, maybe not, but still people out there focus way too much on the toppings (or fillings not sure what they called). Don’t go stupid ! Sandwich is bread first ! It’s mostly about the bread. They way sushi is in fact about rice. Same !
This one is sourdough done proper. Dark, crispy crust, slightly sticky to the teeth, mildly acidic crumb, cream colored. Good aeration but not too crazy like you can’t smear butter. From .petite.boulangerie

This is Iranian 🇮🇷 Saffron brought back from a friend. Two or three threads of that in the rice cooker flips your whole world upside down (litterally when you unmold « Tahdig » 😁)

Here’s something you did not know about me… I absolutely love dancing ! With my kids, with friends — or alone, in a studio with inspiring lights and good music 😁
I never expected this to become such an important part of my life. But there’s something about letting go completely — no goal, no performance — just pure joy — that nothing else gives me.
It connects me to people. To myself. It balances everything.
