នៅថ្ងៃទី១៥​ ខែតុលា​ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥​ ឯកឧត្តម ឯកអគ្គរាជទូត លុយ​ ដាវីត និលោកជំទាវ ព្រមទាំងមន្ត្រីការទូតទាំងអស់នៃស្ថានឯកអគ្គរាជទូតកម្ពុជា ប្រចាំប្រទេសបារាំង ​បានប្រារព្ធពិធីគោរពព្រះវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធខួបលេីកទី១៣​ នៃការយាងសោយទិវង្គតរបស់ព្រះករុណា ព្រះបាទសម្តេច ព្រះនរោត្តម សីហនុ ព្រះបរមរតនកោដ្ឋ(១៥ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០១២-១៥ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥) ដើម្បីរំលឹកដឹងព្រះគុណដ៏ជ្រាលជ្រៅបំផុត ដែលព្រះអង្គបានលះបង់ និងបូជា ព្រះកាយពលដ៏ធំធេងចំពោះមាតុភូមិកម្ពុជា​ នៅនិវេសនដ្ឋានកម្ពុជា ទីក្រុងប៉ារីស ប្រទេសបារាំង។

On 15 October 2025, His Excellency Ambassador Luy David, accompanied by Madame and all diplomatic officials of the Royal Embassy of Cambodia to the French Republic, hold a ceremony to pay tribute to the 13th anniversary of the Passing of the Late King-Father His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk, Preah Borom Ratanak Kaudh(15 October 2012 – 15 October 2025).
The ceremony is convened to pay reverent homage and to honour the sacred memory and immeasurable merits of His Majesty the Late King-Father, whose profound devotion, noble sacrifices, and unwavering commitment to the nation, religion, and King remain a timeless source of inspiration for the Cambodian people and take place at the Cambodian Residence in Paris, France.

ទីក្រុង​រ៉ូម ប្រទេស​អ៊ីតាលី

នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី ២៩ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ឯកឧត្តម លុយ ដាវីត ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតកម្ពុជា ប្រចាំសាធារណរដ្ឋបារាំង បានអញ្ជើញជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយលោកស្រី Alessandra Schiavo អគ្គនាយកទទួលបន្ទុកកិច្ចការសកល និងប្រទេសនៅតំបន់អាស៊ី និងអូសេអានី នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងការបរទេសអ៊ីតាលី។
នៅក្នុងជំនួបនោះ ភាគីទាំងពីរ បានពិភាក្សាអំពីការពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ(កម្ពុជា-អ៊ីតាលី) ដោយផ្តោតលើវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ វិនិយោគ ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងវប្បធម៌។ ជាមួយគ្នានោះដែរ ឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរាជទូតក៏បានជម្រាបជូនលោកស្រីនូវបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពអំពីការវិវត្តន៍ថ្មីៗនៃជម្លោះវិវាទបញ្ហាព្រំដែនរវាងកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ដែលប្រទេសទាំងពីរត្រូវតែប្រកាន់ភ្ជាប់ និងគោរពអោយបានម៉ឺងម៉ាត់ ព្រមទាំងអនុវត្តន៍បានពេញលេញនូវបទឈប់បាញ់ និងរកដំណោះស្រាយវិវាទព្រំដែននេះតាមយន្តការទ្វេភាគី និងអន្តរជាតិ ក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌតុលាការអន្តរជាតិ(ICJ)។
កិច្ចពិភាក្សាបានបញ្ចប់ដោយបរិយាកាសរីករាយ ស្និទ្ធស្នាល និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ។

In the afternoon of 29 September 2025, His Excellency Luy David, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the French Republic, paid a courtesy and working call on Ms. Alessandra Schiavo,​ Director General for Global Affairs and Countries of Asia and Oceania, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Italian Republic.
The two sides exchanged views on further strengthening bilateral relations between Cambodia and Italy, with a particular focus on the promotion of cooperation in the areas of tourism, investment, trade, and culture. On this occasion, His Excellency the Ambassador also briefed Ms. Schiavo on recent developments concerning the border dispute between Cambodia and Thailand, underscoring the importance of both countries’ commitment to strictly uphold and fully implement the ceasefire, as well as to resolve the border issue through bilateral and international mechanisms within the framework of the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
The meeting was conducted in a warm, cordial, and in a spirit of cooperation.

នៅល្ងាចថ្ងៃទី ២៥ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ឯកឧត្តម លុយ ដាវីត ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ប្រចាំប្រទេសបារាំង បានអញ្ញើញចូលរួមព្រឹត្តការណ៍តាំងពិព័រណ៌ទេសចរណ៍ International and French Travel Market (IFTM) Top Resa 2025 ដែលបានប្រារព្ធពីថ្ងៃទី ២៣ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី ២៥ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីក្រុងប៉ារីស ប្រទេសបារាំង។
ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ IFTM Top Resa ជាវេទិកាសំខាន់មួយ សម្រាប់បង្ហាញពីសក្តានុពល និងសេវាកម្ម ទេសចរណ៍ដ៏ចម្រុះរបស់កម្ពុជា ទៅកាន់អ្នកទិញជុំវិញពិភពលោក អ្នកប្រតិបត្តិការសេវាកម្មទេសចរណ៍ សារព័ត៌មាន និងដៃគូរយុទ្ទសាស្រ្ត ពីប្រទេសបារាំង និងទីផ្សារអឺរ៉ុបទាំងមូល។ ជាពិសេសនៅពេលកម្ពុជា នឹងធ្វើជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូល Francophonie លើកទី២០ នៅឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ការចូលរួមរបស់កម្ពុជា ក្នុងព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នេះ វាជាឱកាសដ៏ល្អក្នុងការពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនង និងស្វាគមន៍ទីផ្សារ បារាំងឱ្យកាន់តែជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។
ឯកឧត្តម ឯកអគ្គរាជទូត បានថ្លែងកោតសរសើរ និងលើកទឹកចិត្តចំពោះក្រុមការងារនៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សា ភិបាលសិក្សាទីផ្សារ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា Cambodia Tourism Board (CTB) ដែលបាន ចូលរួមរៀបចំពន្លាទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជាក្នុងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយក្នុងព្រឹត្តិការណ៍IFTM នេះបានជោគជ័យ។

On the evening of September 25, 2025, H.E. Luy David, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to France, attended the International and French Travel Market (IFTM) Top Resa 2025, which took place from September 23 to 25, 2025, in Paris, France.
The IFTM Top Resa event is an important platform to showcase Cambodia’s diverse tourism potential and services to global buyers, tour operators, the media, and strategic partners from France and across the European market. Especially as Cambodia will host the 20th Francophonie Summit in 2026, the country’s participation in this significant event serves as a great opportunity to strengthen relations and further engage the French market with the Kingdom of Cambodia.
H.E. the Ambassador praised and encouraged the efforts of the working team from the Cambodia Tourism Board (CTB), who successfully organized Cambodia’s tourism pavilion to promote the country during the IFTM event.
