Arrived early for work, so I had a little time to slow down.

A quick coffee. A quiet walk along Canal Saint-Martin.
Nothing extraordinary, just one of those mornings you normally rush through.

Maybe mornings like this are underrated.
Before the city gets busy, there’s a different kind of Paris waiting to be noticed.

Unexpected Tour de France experience!

I had no idea the race was happening. I was biking home when I got stranded because the roads were closed, so I stayed and watched.

I’m not really a cycling fan, but I genuinely enjoyed it. One thing I love about French culture is how people show up for events like this. They waited for hours just to cheer for the riders, and the energy was amazing—even if they probably didn’t personally know the cyclists.

It reminded me of running the Paris–Versailles 16K a few years ago. The cheers from complete strangers really gives huge boost to keep going.

Sometimes, a little encouragement from the crowd makes all the difference. ❤️🇫🇷

One of my favorite places in Paris will always be Le Marais.

Not because it’s trendy, but because it reminds me that life doesn’t have to move so fast.

On afternoons like this, I love getting lost in its quiet streets, watching the light hit the old buildings, and remembering that some of the best ideas come when you’re simply paying attention.

Paris teaches you that beauty isn’t something you chase. It’s something you notice.
