The SXM Star Search Foundation and Believe To Achieve Foundation are hereby extending an invitation to your country in which we are kindly asking for your participation in the pageant we have organized. We seek your participation in the pageant by selecting a delegate to represent your country in our Fir
st “Miss International Elegant Mothers Pageant 2014”. The objective of this event is to embrace and recognize our mothers for their continued strength as women, and for their global humanitarian gifts from God, because, without their unwavering commitment to life and progress as women, mankind would not have been able to procreate or multiply to keep our world alive. They are the center of our universe. Therefore, our organizations have decided to honor them in such an epic event. This event will be hosted in St Maarten/St Martin on Saturday, February 15th 2014 at The Carnival Village on the French side of the island. Interested countries must confirm their participation by filling out the application and payment of their Registration/Commitment fee of $200 USD no later than Monday, September 16th 2013. In the interest of security and authenticity, we urge you to please wire tranfer the money to this WIB Bank Account # 105038001. The pageant committee will provide each country’s delegate with Airline transportation, Land Transportation Hotel accommodation, Three (3) meals a day, the Introduction segment attire/outfit and a photo shoot when they arrive on the island. All participating countries is required to arrive in St Maarten/St Martin on Wednesday, February 12th 2014 (in the morning hours). In this way, the event can gain more exposure when the delegates meet with the media upon arrival. The delegates will be making several appearances throughout the island and will be attending a Pre-All White Party which will be on Friday, February 14th 2014, in which all of the delegates are required to don white attire. This event is of paramount importance for the delegates since the judges, the media, government officials, the tourism bureau on both side of the island and all the official sponsors for the show will be in attendance. To make this event possible, we are relying on your country’s participation by having a delegate, who is a mother, to represent your country. PRE- EVENT
ALL WHITE PARTY ON FRIDAY, FEBRAURY 14th 2014, Starting Time: 8pm. The pre-show will commence with an Opening Introduction & Presentation by all delegates in all white outfit which will not accumulate any points. Invited guests will be the Government body of both sides of the island, media, official sponsors and judges. PAGEANT NIGHT
OPENING INTRODUCTION CHOREOGRAPHY & PRESENTATION SPEECH
Each delegate is required to wear their sash and number tag and is also required to introduce herself to the audience in one (1) minute, This segment will not accumulate any points. The pageant organizing committee will provide all outfit. First Appearance TRADITIONAL CULTURE WEAR COSTUME: (60 pts.) Each delegate is required to parade in her traditional Culture wear. Time limit is three (3) minutes.

All delegates will be asked this same Question: What have you experience and gain from being a part in this pageant? All questions will be asked in English. Delegates will be required to select a number for the evening wear segment which will be the number of the judge who will ask that delegate the question. The judge will ask/read his or her question twice for the delegate. (Question will not be repeated, after it is asked twice)
Each Delegate will have three (3) minutes on stage for each segment and if any time over a total of 10 points will be deducted. Each delegate must be ready/on time for her turn on stage. If the delegate is not ready to go on stage when her name is called, a total of 10 point will be deducted from her score. (We have to uphold a certain time limit for the show). Each delegate will have the maximum of three (3) minutes on stage. Any longer will be a penalty except for talent segment, which is the maximum of Four (4) minutes. THE TOTAL/OVERALL POINTS: (500 pts.) GOOD LUCK MOMS!!!

Delegates must be between the ages of 18-35 to be eligible to participate in this show. Delegates will be pre-judge on their behavior as elegant mothers and role model. Delegates must be very active, energetic, outspoken, disciplined, respectful, understanding, observing, patience, friendly, cooperative, possess leadership skills, social, intelligent and must have a good personality to be a queen
Each delegate is required to pay a Registration/Commitment Fee (per person) of $200 USD (Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars). This fee is non-refundable. Delegates will all have to learn a dance and modeling routine for the opening introduction and swim wear segment for the night of the pageant. Delegates are required to prepare a short one (1) minute introduction video introducing themselves. This video will help to promote the pageant and to advertise on local televisions. It will be posted on Facebook and the delegate whose video receives the most LIKES will be given a prize. This pageant will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2014 in St Maarten/St Martin village on the French side of the island. All participating delegates from the various countries will be required to arrive in Sint Maarten/St Martin on Wednesday, February 12th 2014 (in the morning hours) and will depart on Sunday, February 15th 2014. Delegates are required to send these documents (application, Bio for) and payment to complete registration in this pageant before Monday, September 16th 2014:

- A one 1-minute Introductory Video (including delegate’s full name, country representing, date and time of the show, venue & address and a colloquial/proverb/saying from the delegate’s country by the delegate, at the end of the video)
- Registration & Commitment Fee paid
- Measurements (waist, breast, hip and thigh)
The Organizing Committee will provide the Following:
- Airline transportation and land Transportation
- Accommodation (5-star hotel)
- 3 meal a day (breakfast Lunch & Dinner)
- Introduction outfit
- A Photo shoot with all delegates while on island
- Make-up and hairstylist team for the night of the show. Pageant organizing committee will be providing the songs for the Introduction, swim wear and Evening Gown segments. Delegate is required to inform the pageant organizing committee in advance if any chair, table and other props needed for any segment. Delegates will have a maximum of three (3) minutes on stage for each segment except the talent segment, which is maximum four (4) minutes. If your performance is any longer than the allotted time, a penalty of deduction of 10 points will be applied. There will be a pre-dress rehearsal on Friday evening, February 14TH , at Port de Plaisance. Delegates will be required to select a number for the evening wear segment which will be the number of the judge who will ask that delegate the question. That judge will ask/read his or her question twice for the delegate. (Question will not be repeated, after it is asked twice). Miss congeniality will be selected among the delegates themselves on the night before the show. Delegates must prepare a labeled CD with all their songs composed and arranged in the order of the line up of the segments for the show (Country, Delegate name and songs in order). Delegates are required to have a description for all their segments in black ink and white paper. These descriptions must be typed and be given to the organizing committee the night before the show, which is at the pre-dress rehearsal. If delegates do not uphold/adhere to the requirements of this agreement contract, she will be disqualified with no refund of registration/commitment fee. The winner of Miss International Elegant Mothers Pageant will be liable to the organizing pageant committee for one (1) year until she crowns the next winner in 2015. REMEMBER THE JUDGES’ DECISIONS ARE FINAL
