It’s been 6 months today meri jaan and i still can’t adjust myself to the fact that you are gone..🤍🕊️

All my life you didn’t let any harm come to me, you were my whole support system, my source of courage, my reason of happiness. And then you gave me the biggest pain of my existence by leaving me. You promised me that we’ll go home and celebrate my birthday together Papa, instead you made me light your pyre on my birthday. I wish i could tell you how much it hurt Papa. I wish i could show you how hard it was for me to sign your death certificate, how hard it was to ask the doctors to stop the ventilator once you were gone, how hard it was to see you in a body bag. You left me as the “man of the family” after you who couldn’t even show his tears, but the kid inside me (for whom you were the most precious person in the world) has been crying continuously ever since in the showers, in the car while driving or wherever he finds solitude.
Your Gapdi misses you alot Papa..
It’s impossible to fill your shoes for me, but i promise that i’ll never stop trying. I’ll make you proud meri jaan, i promise.❣️
