Il y a 110 ans, on manifestait contre la loi des 3 ans au Pré Saint-Gervais. Cette loi qui allongeait le service militaire, le faisant passer de 2 à 3 ans, préparait la prochaine guerre de 14-18. Journal Excelsior, 1913.
