You won't put your hand in your wallet for a single thing except a beer, all trip.

That's what "fully inclusive" actually means to us. Fuel, food, accommodation, all of it covered from the moment you land.

We'll be riding new Royal Enfield 450 Himalayans, built for exactly these roads, and if you're shorter or want a lower seat, we'll set up your bike and make sure it fits you perfectly. Hey, if you'd prefer, we'll set you up on a Royal Enfield Hunter 350 instead. At 5ft 2", Lisa loves this bike.

Behind the group there's a 16-seater van and two full-time mechanics. So, if you're tired after a morning session, or just want a day off the bike entirely? Jump in the van. One of our mechanics will ride your bike the rest of the way, and it'll be waiting for you at the next stop.

This is your trip and your ride. We'll handle the logistics, and we'll even carry your bags. All you have to do is ride, enjoy, and let Southern India do the rest.

Based on our Southern India bike tour last year, I can tell you that Goa's coast still smells the same as it did the first time we rode down to it. Woodsmoke, salt, and something frying in a pan two doors down from wherever we're staying.

A long stretch of soft sand, coconut trees leaning out over small wooden huts, and next to no reason to check your phone.

We once stayed two weeks longer than we'd planned...just because it was so hard to leave! Tandoori fish most nights, cheap cold beer, watching fishermen haul in their nets by hand at first light. No phone buzzing every time another email lands in you inbox.

That's where our November's tour ends up, not a hotel pool, but on a Goan beach that we love and that's never had to try hard to impress anyone.

Imagine..."Kerala at sunrise smells like woodsmoke and cardamom. You'll stop for chai on hairpin roads through Munnar's tea estates, with hills so tightly packed with tea bushes it looks like the landscape's been shaved with clippers. 31 years ago today, I married my best friend.

Thirty-one years. Bloody hell!

Which, when you consider that we’ve spent more than half of them riding motorcycles around the world, sleeping in tents, fixing broken bikes, getting lost, getting stuck, arguing over maps (no I never win those arguments), crossing borders, surviving things we probably shouldn’t have… is actually quite an achievement. 😂

And somehow, after 31 years, I still wouldn’t want to do any of it with anyone else.

These photos are just tiny snapshots of a life that has taken us to 82 countries, across six continents, through deserts, mountains, jungles, war zones, breakdowns, disasters, incredible kindness, ridiculous laugh out louds moments and more than 500,000 miles of adventure.

But the best bit has never really been the places.

It’s been us.

The adventures, the chaos, the quiet moments, the arguments, the laughter, the stupid decisions and the stories that start with, “You remember when YOU thought that was a good idea…?” 😂

Lisa, 31 years in and I still love waking up wondering where the hell we’re going next.

Happy 31st Wedding Anniversary to my partner in crime, adventure, life and just about everything else.

Here’s to whatever comes next.

Right then... Team Goggles or Team Visor?

We've ridden hundreds of thousands of miles wearing both, but yesterday I was talking with a rider who had just come back from Morocco, and had never even thought of using a set of goggles.

So, I'm asking, have you ever worn goggles? If you have, which do you actually prefer to wear, goggles or visors?

I still know riders who swear goggles are the only proper way to travel.

So, what's your choice—and more importantly, why?

Five minutes before this photograph was taken, I genuinely wasn't sure how this encounter was going to end...

High in Bolivian Altiplano (World's second highest Plateau) we were stopped by the military. It's always a little intimidating, but I guess that what they're going for. These guys spent 10 minutes pretending to check our documents, but it was obvious they had one focus. The Bikes! "How much do they cost?", "How fast will they go?" and so on. It would have been easy to have just blown these guys off with some sh*tty answers, but instead we pulled out the stove, poured some water and made tea which we shared, before asking to take this photo.

In reality you have a group of men, that are paid little to nothing, wearing ancient 'hand-me-down' uniforms, that are stuck in the middle of nowhere, literally, and away from their families.

In 17 years riding around the world, we've discovered something.

Uniforms can look intimidating. Smiles are universal!

I've spent the last few months putting this job off, lagely because I didn't think was possible...

Trying to visually organise 21 years of our lives.

Turns out, when you've ridden 507,000 miles through 82 countries, taking hundreds of thousands of photos and filming just about everything (including plenty that should probably never see the light of day), things get a bit... untidy.

Earlier this year, after our original page disappeared into the Meta black hole following the hack, I was trying to work out how on earth we were going to start rebuilding everything from scratch.

So, more out of curiosity than anything else, I asked ChatGPT to trawl through everything it could find online about our journey and come back with what **it** thought were the milestone moments. The plan was simply to give me a starting point for repopulating our new page.

I wasn't expecting much.

What came back genuinely blew Lisa and me away.

Not because it was perfect—it wasn't—but because it had somehow pieced together the story of our journey from thousands of articles, interviews, videos, blog posts and features scattered across the internet. Seeing our lives reflected back at us from an entirely different perspective reminded us of just how much has happened... and just how much we'd forgotten.

That little experiment became the inspiration for something much bigger.

So we've created a brand-new **Milestones** page on our website.

It's a timeline of the moments that shaped our journey. The highs, the disasters, the unexpected detours, the ridiculous adventures, the people we met along the way and the memories that, somehow, got us from 2003 to today.

If you've been following us for years, you'll probably remember a few of them.

If you're new here, it'll save me having to answer, "So... where have you ridden then?" every five minutes. 😄
