I adore the slow season we’re in. It’s making wish I could go back and be a second time mum to Noah, to actually soak in all of that baby bubble instead of spending so much if my time worrying if he was ok!

I remember standing outside the coffee shop before the very first Golden Hive, wondering if anyone would actually show up.

They did, a whole 8 of them! (2nd picture) The self doubt was ridiculous…

What I really wish I knew before motherhood 🫶🏼

That it’s not about doing more.

It’s about letting go of the pressure to do everything perfectly.

I used to think I had to have a colour-coded content calendar, post every day, and be constantly ‘on’ in my business (all while raising babies).

That version of success wasn’t sustainable for me.

Especially not during nap-trapped days and sleep-deprived nights.

What I really needed was permission to:
✨ create content in the 15-minute pockets I had
✨ stop overthinking every post
✨ build a strategy that actually fit my life (not someone else’s highlight reel)

Motherhood changed the way I work for the better.

And when I stopped trying to keep up, my content actually started working for me.

Now, I teach other women how to do the same inside my 1:1 mentoring.
