I set my alarm for 4am today.

Not because I’m “motivated,” but because I’m desperate to change the narrative.

I’m tired. Of being ignored. Of searching. Of watching the bills pile up while clients chase unicorns and recruiters vanish mid-thread.

I didn’t want to get out of bed. But I did. Barely. Bailey greeted me like I’d won the lottery, and that was enough.

I’m on Day 2 of Keto. Not for a trend. But because climbing into my attic yesterday nearly triggered a panic attack - and that was my wake-up call.

This isn’t just about fitness. It’s about survival. Sanity.

750ml of water. Black tea. And a flicker of hope.
