🎉 1 Year Anniversary In The Lakes ⛰️
One whole year since I packed up and moved to the Lake District back in September 2025! ❤️🔥
What a year it’s been! From my first few hikes around Ambleside to exploring more and more of the Lakes, bagging Wainwrights, chasing sunsets, reflections and pink skies, and taking thousands of photos along the way 📸⛰️
A few numbers from my first year in the Lakes:
🥾 421.3 miles hiked
⛰️ 103,838 ft of elevation gained
⏱️ 222+ hours spent hiking
✅ 60 Wainwrights bagged
And plenty of key memories I made along the way…
❄️ Summiting Helvellyn in winter, knee deep in snow
🥾 Completing the 26-mile Ullswater Way for Trek26
🎂 Traversing 16 miles across Buttermere for my birthday
