🧙♀️ A little Broom 🧙♀️
A few days ago I felt inspired to make myself a little broom after seeing a similar one on social media
I used a stick from my collection 😂, some rosemary and lavender, a little twine to hold it all together and a tiny shard of clear quartz tucked into the top
I loved making it whilst weaving in intention
🌿 Rosemary has long been associated spiritually with remembrance, protection, cleansing and purification. It’s often used symbolically to clear away stagnant or unwanted energy and to help create a sense of protection around a space.
💜 Lavender carries a softer energy and is traditionally associated with peace, harmony, healing, purification and spiritual connection. For me, lavender also brings a feeling of gentleness and reminds me that protection doesn’t always have to feel forceful.
🔮The Quartz: Often called an amplifier, quartz is traditionally associated with clarity, intention and directing energy. I added this little shard to the broom as a reminder that the energy and intention I bring to something matters more than the object itself.
What did I love most about making this?
It’s not about the ‘right’ tools, buying something expensive or following somebody else’s rules/ways/rituals ......
It’s about connecting with what is around you, using your hands, setting an intention and creating something that means something to you and your own practise
Your own intuition is always your best guide
