What a morning I had immersed in a Sound Bath facilitated by Emma Neill (Instagram emmaneill_soulandsoundtherapy). This was part of a Sound Festival run by two councils in Ireland.

Pictured is the tree I was under in all her sacred and wisdom filled glory …

I found Emma on Instagram a few weeks ago, and was intrigued and set an intention to connect in some way with this soul led being

I was then presented with this event being posted about on a wonderful healing group by another beautiful woman (you know who you are) …

Ironically (or not so much 😉)I was also born right next to this park

I was supposed to be there this morning and the healing that took place on a personal level for me was off the charts 📈

I am SO thankful for this opportunity, the signposts and facilitation by beautiful women.
