Investigation after IT problems hit patient services.

AN IT issue within the Southern Heath and Social Care Trust wrought havoc at local hospitals on Wednesday, with the effects still being felt. An investigation has been launched following the outage - which is NOT thought to have been a cyber attack at this stage.
