Good old ballymena.
Its a shame I never got to go to ballymena even tho I got to walk around the track before it closed I did some sort of mascot thing and got to walk on the track/pitch.

Some screen shots of the dmc website through the years it looks near identical other than the points sheets from 2015 and the aghadowey oval sign Its the exactly the same.
I never realised how many outtings the u1800s (b2b) had i thought they had only went out 2 or 3 times.
As for the junior productions its crazy to see where they have went from 2015-2025

What did you start Racing: - NCR Junior Rods.

Favourite car?: - either an E36 Coupe Or A Ford Sierra Sapphire i cant choose lol.

How has your season been so far?: - In my opinion Class. Definitely grabbed the hang of things quickly and going well now.

What is your favourite track?: - Nutts Corner Raceway Watched an Old Shamwreck DVD Of Nutts Corner and it all started there 🤣

Best moment from your stockcar racing career?: - Hard to choose really would either be my first win or my spin with Dylan Preston, still cant get over that 😂

Who got you into stockcars?: - My Dad he took me to the racing since i was probably 2 aha.

Favourite driver/class: - F2s, 312 Christopher Kincaid Was my favorite growing up and still is.

What did you think of your synchronized spin with Dylan Preston?: - Ahaha at first i thought i was for the wall but spun back round, Started laughing driving back to the pits shook hands with him and seen the video and laughed for idk how long it was class how it was so synchronized😂

What do you enjoy about racing apart from actually driving?: - Talking to people in the pits or doing well in a race and having my family congratulate me lol

What would you like to race after Juniors?: - I Would like to race a 1300 To be Honest they look fun and sore 🤣

How did you feel after your 1st win?: - Quite shocked i actually won to be fair🤣 but very very happy was proud of how i drove in that heat

What does racing mean to you? - Everything really lol its one of the most fun things i could imagine doing lol

If you weren't racing, what would you be doing? - Oh Jeepers Probably car body work i enjoy doing it, its satisfying at times aswell 🤣

A New sierra for Coolronan Raceway Club!

Was looking through my stockcar dvd and found this gem.
Who remembers prostocks i remember they're last ever meeting 2019 irish championship at tullyroan.
prostocks were sort of a mix between 1300s and rookie bangers. they unfortunately got axed due to low numbers in 2019. I remember the hay day of the prostocks 25+ cars every domestic meeting i think it was 2015/2016 when the numbers started to go down but even with low numbers they still had exciting races.
they still race in Scotland hrp and cowdenbeath. from what I can tell they have good numbers using mostly astra D's and even corsa D's.
I will always remember the rolling lap tune Carnaval de Paris.
