I have been so busy this weekend.
I am training Management in scentwork, like my Auntie Bean. This is where you have to find the illegal substances, like cloves or smelly socks, so that Management can swap them for sausages. I am very good at it, and Management will soon be up to speed.
Then in the afternoons, we helped out at Chiltern Open Air Museum in the sheepdog display.
The sheep knew they had an audience, and set out to challenge the ancient agreement between our two species, because why wouldn't they? Slippery little suckers. They couldn't get away from me because they were in a round pen, but the ring leader kept challenging me to a head butt match. The joke is on her, as she would have hit the metal rail.
Lots of people were there to see me, because I am a very good girl. Except the man in an untrustworthy hat, he was Stranger Danger.
The museum is full of very old buildings that nobody lives in, except the sheep and some goats. Management took some photos of me in the farmyard, which was the natural habitat for Border Collies when we aren't sleeping in a comfy bed or watching films.
And guess what we found in the gift shop! I call her Little Nyx. I think she will be a famous musician.
