Great 5k run this morning with the Recovery Runners Aylesbury , anyone interested it’s Sunday 9am and Thursday 7pm meet at Costa in Bedgrove. Lovely people 😊 you can run and walk if you just want to get fit.

Gumboco welcomes several new businesses as the site continues to grow, many thanks to Diane Harrison @ Aylesbury Town Council and I had a great meeting at bobnetworking @ the cafe in Aston Clinton where more businesses are joining us 😊 please spread the word as we are aiming to be a reputable site to find what you are looking for. Any promotions you have please let us know we will happily add them to the site😊
