මක්ලූබා" කියන්නේ මැදපෙරදිග (Middle East) රටවල ඉතාමත් ජනප්‍රිය, "යටිකුරු කළ බත්" (Upside-Down Rice) කියන තේරුම ඇති අපූරු කෑමක් 🥰

සුවඳවත් කුළුබඩු සහ විශේෂ සෝස් වර්ග එකතු කරලා පදමට පිසගත් බාස්මතී බත්, ඒ වගේම රන්වන් පැහැයට බැදගත් වම්බටු (Eggplant), අර්තාපල් (Potatoes), මල්ගෝවා (Cauliflower) සහ ඉතාමත් මෘදුවට පිසගත් චිකන් (Chicken) තට්ටු එක මත එක තබා සකස් කරන මේ රසය සැබවින්ම අද්විතීයයි!
