Well… regardless of my son being on a full wind-up 😂 I didn’t exactly trouble the winners yesterday!

No race wins for me this time, but I did manage to finish the final, which in my current form I’m taking as an achievement

The old Astra is still teaching me a few lessons, but I’ll keep turning up, keep learning and keep having a laugh.

“I’m not done yet!”

PAPA TEBBZ RACING UPDATE

After a bit of a disappointing last outing in the Modstox, I’ve decided it’s time for a bit of fun!

So… the 1600 Banger is coming out to Standlake this Bank Holiday Monday (25th)!

The door plate is back on, and I’m just carrying out some general maintenance and race prep to get her ready. Hopefully a few bumps, a bit of chaos and some smiles along the way! 😆

 Well… me and my Modstox are officially “going through a bit of a rough patch” after today at St Day

Tough meeting all round — I gave it my best, but she clearly had other ideas. Safe to say we need a bit of time apart to sort ourselves out.

So unfortunately, Taunton tomorrow is off the cards while we try and fix this relationship

We’ll be back… stronger (and hopefully speaking terms again) soon
