I have this book in my hand titled "What Got You Here won't Get You There". The message hit me really hard today. If you want to grow, you must stretch yourself. You must learn. You must keep improving.

Let me confess something. I am the type who only reads text books for exams. I love the serious stuff, the academic stuff. But when it comes to reading personal development books for leisure, hmm that one is a whole different story. I still struggle with it. Yet here I am, holding a book and reminding myself that growth does not happen in our comfort zone.
