🎥 A look back at an inspiring day at Barnsley Digital Symposium

It was a pleasure to meet so many young creatives and share our real-world experience from the digital and video production industry.
What an incredible day at Barnsley Digital Symposium!
Yesterday, our team at Deadline Digital had the privilege of speaking to more than 400 digital media students from Barnsley College – sharing what we love most about working in video production.
We kicked off the day with a keynote exploring the ever-changing world of video journalism, before running hands-on workshops where students got to experience our full production process, from shooting interviews and b-roll, to editing everything live in the room. The students created a professional video package in just one hour, and got to watch the finished video back at the end - watch this space as we'll be sharing their work soon!
A huge thank you to Barnsley Council and Barnsley College for inviting us to be part of such an impactful event, and to all the students who threw themselves into the sessions. We loved seeing your ideas come to life.
