3 strange ones from DOPs this weekend.

First of all Watt and Miles both get ejected for two fights each in the game between Slough
Jets and Streatham. When in fact the only fight Miles had was with Paynter and the only fight Watt had was against Soper. The Streatham highlights clearly showed no punches thrown between Watt and Miles in the mele. A minor penalty would have been enough. That means both teams end up missing those players for next weekend's league game... Worng call by DOPS.

Then what brings us on to one of the most random bans of the season. Rushby from the Lions gets hit with a 2 game ban for checking from behind, yet only a single game for an alleged homophobic slur.

We have heard the refs report says the comment was homophobic whilst other reports from the Lions say it was something totally different that was said .

So if there is enough evidence for a ban from DOPS, why is it only one game?

I don't imagine we have heard the last of this story.

Thanks to additional recent fundraising they should have a further 11 kits going out ice rinks by Christmas 🙌🙌🙌

Road Trippin is heading to Germany at the start of January. Liam Kirk and his Berlin team mates will take on Dresden in the DEL Winter outdoor game.
