Happiness comes from the problems you have…hear me out💭.

The satisfaction that comes from solving problems in every walk of life is unmatched. Feeling like you have the ability to solve life’s problems is truly where your contentment and happiness comes from.

Don’t seek to remove your problems, rather tackle them head on with a belief that you can push through them💥.

What you learn from solving problems only stands you in good stead for being able to handle more and more what life throws at you.

The road ahead is always bumpy and obstacles are going to be thrown at you but… you keep moving!

Action trumps everything. Take the action, another step forward and something else will materialise💯.

If you’re feeling lost or stagnant at the moment, starting thinking about just 1 small thing you can do to progress your situation today!

This could be, going for a walk, changing a meal to a healthier option or reading a self-development book✅.

Halfway through filming and the giggles happened 🤣.

As soon as we started, we genuinely couldn’t stop!

Why couldn’t we? Because we had the narrative that ‘we can’t laugh’. The more energy you put into something, the more value it has. Our energy was flowing into the idea of laughter and the importance of it was high!

When we gave ourselves permission to laugh, it lost its value and subsequently stopped❌.

So, what can we learn from this?

The more attention you give an emotion, the higher the importance the mind thinks it has and keeps the energy there. When you give yourself permission to feel an emotion, it doesn’t hold the same power over you that it initially did.

The next time you feel an emotion, give yourself permission to feel it and watch how it dissolves!
