Amen

Congratulations Richard James Cross - Highland Council Candidate I wish you all the best and every blessing in your new role.

I’ve spent a busy first day at Highland Council Headquarters in Inverness today.
It involved the induction and official signing ✍🏼 of documents in the presence of the Chief Executive Derek Brown to make it all official.

Now it’s straight to work on learning about the procedures and protocols before I take my seat in the chamber on Thursday for the Full Council meeting of all 74 elected members across the Highlands and Islands.
Wish me Luck 🍀 🤞🏼

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.

Prayer for Mercy:

Merciful Lord, in every season, I place my trust in You. When I do not understand, be my wisdom. When I am afraid, be my peace. When I grow weary, be my strength. I surrender my plans, my worries and my future into Your hands. You are faithful and Your love never fails. Teach me to walk by faith and not by sight, with trust that You are always with me and working all things for my good. Amen.
